October was a milestone month for Chainbase! We’re excited to share our latest achievements in product development, events, and ecosystem growth. Thank you for being a crucial part of our journey.

Highlights:

• Chainbase Genesis SBTs Minted Out: 54,321 Chainbase Genesis SBTs were minted in just 48 hours.

• Theia Open-Sourced: The Theia model, which excels in understanding crypto knowledge, is now open-source on Hugging Face.

• New Zircon Roadmap: We aim to launch Chainbase AVS Mainnet in late Q4 of this year.

• First Round of VIP Operators: We've ranked first on the AVS testnet leaderboard and onboarded 7 VIP operators.

We've made significant strides in enhancing the Chainbase Network with the AVS upgrade. This upgrade focuses on improving security, transparency, and efficiency in data processing. By leveraging EigenLayer, we've built a robust node network for on-chain data processing.

To ensure high operational standards, we introduced On-Chain Verifiable Challenge Tasks and Manuscript Nodes to evaluate operator performance. Learn how these 2 mechanism work here.

We released TheiaChat in August, which is just an alpha version chatbot designed to showcase the basic capabilities of Theia. Recently, we open sourced our first version Theia-Llama-3.1-8B, which is trained with carefully-designed dataset from the crypto field.

We've updated the Zircon roadmap to reflect the launch of Manuscript and Chainbase AVS Mainnet in the last quarter of 2024. These milestones will drive the decentralization of the data network and community governance.

We've also refined the Genesis Referral System to ensure fair rewards and active participation.

In October, we updated support for Ton data. For Decoded data, we have translated blockchain contract information from Ton into a readable format, extracting key data from on-chain smart contracts. For Abstracted data, we created dedicated tables to make specific on-chain activities easier to query, such as jtoons and native balance. This reduces the complexity for users in decoding and interacting with Ton datasets.

The Chainbase Data Platform team also participated in the “TON Four-City Tour,” a series of salons organized by the Ton Foundation.

Chainbase Staking is partnering with Walrus to advance blockchain data decentralization storage. We're also actively supporting Ethereum's decentralization by providing DVT Staking services through SSV and Obol.

Meanwhile, Supra is gearing up to launch its MultiVM Layer 1 for Super dApps. Chainbase Staking will provide professional node operation services to ensure stability and success for Supra’s mainnet.

We hosted our third Chainbase Chat with core contributors from Gaia, Masa, Hyperbolic, and 375ai. Together, we discussed practical experiences in balancing privacy and transparency while maintaining the quality of on-chain data, as well as the challenges of managing multi-chain data.

We hosted an incredible networking party during SmartCon in Hong Kong in collaboration with KnightFury and Kaia. With 500+ registrations, the event was a huge success. Big thanks to our partners: Fuzelab, LINE NEXT, SNZ, and Smartcon.

The past few months brought an unanticipated flurry of new AVS operators to our testnet. In fact, as of the time of this article, Chainbase Network AVS boasts 1875 functioning operators and 847 stakers securing 213.53K ETH.

we are thrilled to announce the launch of our first round of VIP operator partners for Chainbase AVS. This announcement is another significant milestone in our journey toward building a decentralized and resilient ecosystem, and we've taken cues from many participants and contributors along the way.

October was an exhilarating month for the Chainbase community, marked by significant growth and vibrant engagement. Our Discord community surpassed 160,000 members following the launch of our Discord Talker Program #1 event on October 11th, reflecting increasing enthusiasm and involvement. The month featured diverse, interactive activities that deepened participants' understanding of our brand and brought community members together:

• Chainbase Quiz Competition: Over 130 participants

• Lively Poker Game event: More than 300 community members

• Halloween-themed Draw and Guess game: Attracted over 100 creative participants

We also held our first Town Hall, featuring our CMO, Ecosystem Head, and COO, with more than 130 attendees actively participating and posing insightful questions. Additionally, we organised two Community Calls to strengthen communication and foster transparency.

The first round of our Ambassador Program concluded, garnering over 500 applications from more than 45 countries, showcasing our global reach. Lastly, with the addition of a new moderator, we now offer 24/7 coverage, ensuring consistent support for our community.

October's achievements were a testament to our thriving, engaged community, and we're excited for what lies ahead.
